Clayton, a River Ridge graduate, attended Florida State University with plans to enter education or politics, but found his future radically transformed after coming to know Christ while in college. A call to ministry soon followed, resulting in a four-year stint as a college minister. He then transitioned into local church leadership, serving as the Executive Pastor of Every Nation, Tallahassee, overseeing all volunteers and the church's two-year bible school. He's also spent time overseeing children's, youth, college, and young adult ministries.

Kelly, a Tarpon High graduate, joined Clayton in college ministry after she graduated from FSU. An elementary education major with a heart for the next generation, her experience and passion for kids is what fuels her in creating an incredible environment for them every Sunday morning.

After being deemed qualified church planters from the Every Nation Churches assessment center, they moved in July of 2009 to start TNLC. They live in and love the Trinity area, with their daughter, Caroline.

Casey and Kristin Sheffield, both Florida natives, met while attending Florida State University. As student leaders in a campus ministry at FSU, Casey and Kristin discovered a mutual passion for ministry through serving as small group leaders and administrative coordinators. In addition to serving as the Connections Directors for TNLC, Kristin is the church administrator and Casey dabbles on the Media Team.

Over the course of their marriage, God solidified in their hearts a passion to see people come to know Jesus and connect within a local church family. They reside in Trinity with their two beautiful daughters, Samantha and Abigail. They're thankful God moved them closer to family and friends, and are excited to be a part of what God is doing in and through TNLC.

Born and raised in Florida, Bryce moved to Tampa in 2008 to attend the University of South Florida. He has served at TNLC since their first preview service in the fall of 2009. Before living in Tampa, Bryce had attended the Every Nation church in Jacksonville, FL for 10 years and had served the worship team there for six years.

Bryce enjoys reading mostly Sci-Fi and High Fantasy. He has a keen interest in international politics and economics. Bryce felt that saying he has musical interests and that he enjoys playing musical instruments would constitute as a redundancy for this bio.

Born in Virginia and raised in New Port Richey, Allison matriculated to FSU after graduating from River Ridge High School. Her next stop was the University of Kentucky, where she completed her masters in Speech Language Pathology. After a tour of the Carolinas (Asheville, NC and then Greenville, SC) she moved back home with her family to Trinity in the fall of 2010.

Married to her Pookie Bear (or Matt, as most people call him), she currently works in one of the most high-capacity and demanding fields today: stay-at-home mom! Thankfully, she's got two clients she loves, and Kaitlyn and Nathan feel the same way about their boss..er, mom!

Growing up in Louisiana and attending college in Mississippi, Jeremy (misguidedly) loves SEC football. After graduating, getting married and starting a family, he and his wife, Carly, decided to make their way to Florida in 2005 to be closer to family. Jeremy has worked in the technology field since graduating college in 2000 in varying web designer/developer roles as well as building his freelance web development firm.

Always the workaholic, he doesn't get much sleep, but he stays constantly connected and online with at least 6 Macs to his name at any given time - some reports say he's online for over 28 hours. Not sure how, but reports don't lie!
