1 Timothy 6:9-10

But people who long to be rich fall into temptation and are trapped by many foolish and harmful desires that plunge them into ruin and destruction. 10 For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. And some people, craving money, have wandered from the true faith and pierced themselves with many sorrows.

Q: Sanctification is the process of being transformed into the image and likeness of Jesus. Where are you in your sanctification process? Are you just starting to grow into who God created you to be? Or have you begun to ask how you can come into alignment with the will of God in new ways of thinking, believing, or acting? Have you asked if there are areas that you change in order to show submission and trust to God?

Q: How does the sanctification process look in your life when it comes to money? Are you allowing yourself to be transformed into the likeness of Jesus in your finances? Do you know what the “love of money” looks like? Have you been entrapped by that mindset and need to be transformed out of that? How do you think your life will change if your heart is aligned with Jesus, especially in this area of money?
