Why is my heart so sad?
I will put my hope in God!
I will praise him again—

it comforts me in all my troubles.

all who trust in you,
all whose thoughts are fixed on you!

Q: Divorce is an unfortunate reality that more unfortunately comes with much sin and shame. Read these verses, how do they give you hope in this situation?

Q: Is God big enough/good enough to reconcile a divorce? Do you believe you can still have joy, peace, and God’s love even if you have been divorced? What do these verses say about that?

Q: If you have been divorced, what does it look like for you to move forward in God’s grace? If you have not been divorced or married, what steps can you take now to prevent that by God’s grace?
