READ

Romans 15:4

Such things were written in the Scriptures long ago to teach us. And the Scriptures give us hope and encouragement as we wait patiently for God’s promises to be fulfilled. May God, who gives this patience and encouragement, help you live in complete harmony with each other, as is fitting for followers of Christ.

REFLECT

Initiate a continual cycle of encouragement that becomes part of every conversation you are in and every prayer you pray. “Holy Spirit, encourage me! Fill me with hope! Jesus, give me opportunities and the eye to see things that should be encouraged in the people around me.” This is a prayer you should truly believe God wants to meet you in.
