Acts 28:21-24
21 They replied, “We have had no letters from Judea or reports against you from anyone who has come here. 22 But we want to hear what you believe, for the only thing we know about this movement is that it is denounced everywhere.”
23 So a time was set, and on that day a large number of people came to Paul’s lodging. He explained and testified about the Kingdom of God and tried to persuade them about Jesus from the Scriptures. Using the law of Moses and the books of the prophets, he spoke to them from morning until evening. 24 Some were persuaded by the things he said, but others did not believe.

REFLECT
Christians were denounced everywhere by the Romans because they were perceived as a threat to the Roman establishment. The Romans believed in many gods, including Caesar, which conflicted with the Christians who believed in only one God. The great news here is that the Jewish leaders wanted to hear and were able to hear what Paul believed. God makes opportunities appear where needed so that His word can spread.

God, use me as Your vessel to spread the Good News of Jesus. Bring opportunities my way and give me the courage and right words to share what I believe and how you have worked in my life. I know that with You anything is possible. Thank you for your promises, Lord!
