"Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results.”

This week we have reflected on the sorrow of sin and how it makes us suffer because of our separation from God. We have also reflected on the way to close that division. We need to search ourselves and become convicted of our sins, confess our sins, and repent of our sins. Because we are broken, we sometimes believe we can’t do this, that we can’t be forgiven. But God’s word tells us differently, His word tells us to confess to one another and pray for each other.

Q: What can the earnest prayer of a righteous person do?

Q: Who will you confess to and pray for?

Q: Who do you know who needs to hear about the healing of God’s forgiveness?

"And don’t let us yield to temptation, but rescue us from the evil one."

Father, thank you for the salvation of your son, Jesus! Through Him, death has been conquered.
