1 Corinthians 6:19-20
"19 Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, 20 for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.”

REFLECT
This week we have been focusing on not only taking care of our physical body but also taking care of our spirituality. We need to be physically healthy to be able to do God’s work here on earth. But more importantly, we need to be spiritually healthy to stay close to our Father. He paid a very high price for us; it is the least we can do to honor Him.

God, I want to honor You with my body. Show me where I need to make improvements and help me create a plan to do it. Thank you for living inside of me and for saving me to do Your will here on earth.
