REFLECT
Do I use my worldly resources to benefit others and make friends? Why or why not? Do you think don’t think I have enough to do that? God never sets a dollar amount or a skill amount as a minimum to bless others or make an impact in their lives. Defiant Generosity is one of Trinity New Life Church’s values. Live out that value by not looking at what you don’t have but looking to see what you do have and how you can “use your worldly resources to benefit others and make friends.”
APPLY
Q: Examine your worldly resources. What are they?
Q: Are you using your worldly resources to benefit others and make friends?
Q: Are you using your resources to model faith and obedience to God? What is one tangible action you can take today that will bring a blessing to someone?

PRAY
"And don’t let us yield to temptation, but rescue us from the evil one."
Holy Spirit, help me guard my heart against the evil one. Send your grace to me. Lord, open my mind as I read your word, and help me fortify myself against the temptations that take me away from your love. Most merciful Father, give me strength to recognize my self-righteousness and to turn from selfish desires that teardown my relationship with you and the people in my life.
