REFLECT
Hurry up and wait! Sometimes that can be a frustrating plan of action. The waiting that causes you to twitch because it’s just too long. However, in the waiting God does some of His best work. In the waiting for a baby to be born, every little aspect of that little one is miraculously developed. We don’t ask for the process to be shortened because we know the waiting will be worth it. What if, the birthing God has coming is so beautiful and amazing, He’s just taking a little more time to get the last details right? Wouldn’t that be worth it?
In the waiting, refuse to give up. Refuse to give in to the weary feeling. Be renewed with fresh vision knowing that you will reap a harvest if you don’t give up.

Lord, please forgive me when I rush ahead and lose sight of the value in the waiting. Please help me to remember that Your timing is always perfect and it’s worth the wait.
