Girls, we cannot wait for this one. 🤍 In 2027, we are talking about the life God has entrusted to each one of us. Not just one part of it, but all of it. Our spiritual health. Our physical health. Our mental and emotional health. Our relationships. Our rhythms. Our boundaries. The way we spend our time and energy. The people we are becoming.
Because whether we realize it or not, we are building something with our lives every single day. In our friendships. Our families. Our faith. Our habits. Our boundaries. The things we say yes to and the things we protect. The way we love people. The small things we faithfully do over and over again. And eventually, all of those little pieces become a life.
So what are we building?
Over the weekend, we are going to talk about what it looks like to guard what God has entrusted to us, build our lives intentionally, and think about what we want to leave behind.
And yes, we are absolutely going to have some fun with the sandcastles too.
You can expect worship, teaching, practical breakouts, beautiful surprises, great food, lots of laughter, time with your girlfriends, opportunities to make new ones, and plenty of time to actually enjoy being away together. But more than anything, our prayer is that you leave looking at this one beautiful life God has given you a little differently.
Come rest. Laugh. Learn. Worship. Stay up way too late talking with your roommates. Make some new friends. Spend time with the ones you already love. And give God room to show you what He wants to build in and through your life.

YOU can! Salt & Light is open to all women ages 16+. You do not need to attend Trinity New Life Church to come.
Bring your daughter. Your mom. Your sister. Your best friend. Your small group. Your church group!
Whether you come with ten women or walk in knowing absolutely nobody, there is a place for you here. We would love to have you!
Coming with a group of 5 or more women from another church or ministry? Email rebecca@trinitynewlife.com so we can help make registration and rooming as easy as possible for your group.

You are welcome to register with $0 down, or you can begin making payments toward your retreat right away. If Salt & Light begins approaching capacity, women who have made a deposit or payment will receive priority. At that point, anyone registered with a $0 balance may be given a payment deadline to secure her spot before it is released to another woman.

- Friday dinner
- Saturday breakfast
- All sessions, breakouts and retreat materials
- Retreat gifts and experiences
