Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
9 Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. 10 For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up! 11 Again, if two lie together, they keep warm, but how can one keep warm alone? 12 And though a man might prevail against one who is alone, two will withstand him—a threefold cord is not quickly broken.

REFLECT
How unfortunate it is for some who feel like they are navigating life alone. This was not meant to be. God designed us to be relational, to love and be loved, and friendship is a place where this is possible. In this life, there are battles that are, quite literally, impossible to face alone. If you are reading this, I can almost be sure that you have experienced a crisis in your life. It is also possible that you have experienced many of these things alone. Scripture affirms what research has also revealed, that social support systems are invaluable assets when facing life.
